Thank you for shopping at Below Zero Spa, an Authorized Retailer of the main company Below Zero.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.

  • Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

  • 30-Day Refund Policy: Customers will be explicitly informed about our 30-day refund policy for eligible purchases.
    This policy ensures that items can be returned for a refund if they meet our return conditions.
    Only purchases made using Affirm as the payment method are eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for the same product if:

    • The item is damaged.

    • The item is a cosmetic product.

  • Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours to initiate an exchange.

Conditions for Returns (Both Online and In-Store)

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must have been purchased within the applicable return/exchange window (30 days for in-store returns, 14 days for online exchanges).

  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  3. Items damaged due to personal use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personalized or customized products.

    • Goods that are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once opened.

    • Sale or discounted items.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • Orders can only be canceled before the shipping tracking number is issued. Once the tracking number is sent, the sale is final.

Returning Goods (Online Purchases)

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping and the risk of loss or damage during the return process.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift during purchase, eligible returns will result in a gift credit. If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
